k365 Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the k365 website, mobile platform, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by k365 ("we", "us", "k365"). By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the k365 Platform. k365 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

Use of the k365 Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. k365 strictly prohibits gambling by persons under 18.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful where you reside.

3. Account Registration

To access the full k365 Platform, you must register a single personal account. When registering:

• You may only hold one account. Duplicate accounts — including those created to circumvent a previous suspension or to claim multiple new-player bonuses — will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• You must keep your login credentials confidential. k365 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
• You must notify k365 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

k365 may require documentary proof of identity ("KYC") before processing a withdrawal request. Accepted documents typically include a valid CNIC, passport, or driving licence.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the k365 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply:

• Deposits are accepted via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit is PKR 500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. k365 reserves the right to request verification before processing any withdrawal.
• k365 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. k365 is not responsible for third-party charges.
• Withdrawal processing times: mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are same-day for verified accounts; bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan, Bank Alfalah) process within 24 hours.
• k365 reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal where fraudulent activity, money laundering, or Terms violations are suspected.
• Funds deposited into a k365 account must be used for gambling. Depositing funds solely to withdraw them without gambling activity ("churning") is prohibited.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or playing a casino game on k365 you agree to the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. k365 does not accept requests to cancel, void or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except in cases of manifest error.
• Manifest Error: k365 reserves the right to void any bet accepted at odds that were clearly erroneous (e.g., due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human error). Where a manifest error is identified, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• k365 sets minimum and maximum bet limits for each market and game. These are displayed within the Platform and are subject to change.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or casino game result, the decision of k365 (based on official data sources and certified RNG outputs) shall be final.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

k365 may offer bonuses, free spins, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions (specific promotions may carry additional terms communicated at the time of the offer):

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering requirements and eligible games will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Each bonus is available once per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• k365 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without notice.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated betting, low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or use of multiple accounts — will result in forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited automatically.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the k365 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity through the Platform.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing k365 staff or other users.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC processes.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.

Violation of any prohibited conduct rule may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the k365 Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game assets, text, software, and data — is the property of k365 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any k365 content without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• k365 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, data loss, or service interruption.
• k365 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical faults.
• k365 is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by inadequate credential security on your part.

10. Account Closure and Suspension

You may request closure of your k365 account at any time by contacting support. k365 may suspend or permanently close any account where:

• A breach of these Terms is identified or suspected.
• Fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity is suspected.
• KYC documentation is not provided within a reasonable time following request.
• The account holder has self-excluded or the account is subject to a responsible gaming restriction.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (net of bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method following completion of applicable checks.

11. Responsible Gaming
